Wear Plates

Reweld produces hardfaced wear plates using chromium-carbide and niobium complex-carbide cored wires, and fabricates finished projects from them. In high-wear zones they last several times longer than plain steel plate.

Applications

  • Gas ducts, pipes and elbows
  • Separator vanes and throwing plates
  • Clinker cooler plates
  • Elevator buckets and air-guide cones
  • Scraper blades, curtain and protection plates

Fabrication from plate

  1. Two-layer hardfaced plate production
  2. Cutting to size and forming (bending)
  3. Fabrication of project parts (ducts, pipes, cones, buckets)
  4. On-site installation
